My Treatment Approach

I have been practicing therapy over ten years. I approach therapy with curiosity, precision, empathic honesty, and occasionally, humor. My priority is to cultivate a safe therapeutic relationship, which gives defenses permission to soften and create space for growth and healing. I understand people from the lens of our families, cultures, and relationships.

I enjoy supporting people navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, or the lifelong process of learning to live as your most authentic self (individuation).

What is Imago?

I am trained in Imago Relationship Therapy (IRT), an evidence-based relationship therapy that teaches you to (a) transform conflict into opportunities for healing and growth and (b) maximize relational safety and clarity, which gives your defenses permission to relax. Grounded in quantum physics, IRT acknowledges that we all pulsate energy that is dialogically interdependent and interconnected.
