Heartwood is home to providers with independent practices who have co-located due to a common passion and commitment to mental health. We have a profound love and respect for one another and to the improvement of the mental well-being of each person in our community.
Although our providers share building space and some expenses, each of our practices are legally and administratively independent from one another. Each provider is legally, personally, and ethically bound to maintain separate client records and treat all client information as confidential from one another. Each provider in Heartwood is solely responsible for the treatment of his or her clients.
