I believe that healing and personal change are fostered by a collaborative, empowering, and genuine therapeutic relationship that is grounded in compassion and commitment. I strive to develop an enriching relationship with each client that is informed by one's unique way of being and needs that are present during our work. My hope for each client is that they become closer to the best version of themselves by feeling more connected to themselves and to others, which allows for a more authentic and fulfilling life. I identify as a Relational Cultural therapist and intentionally integrate Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed perspectives, multicultural perspectives and empowerment, and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you on your journey.

Individual Therapy (55 minutes) - $155
Individual Therapy (30 minutes) - $75
