Treatment Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming, with thoughtful attention to neurodiversity (e.g., ADHD, autism, and learning differences) and identity-related factors. I believe that you are the expert of your own lived experiences, and, as such, my priority is to contextualize your experiences within your important identities and strengths. My hope is that through this process you will gain meaningful insight into yourself and feel empowered to use the assessment results in ways that support your goals and enhance your well-being.

We begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation to talk through your questions and what you’re hoping to get out of the assessment process. From there, we’ll meet for an intake session to explore your history and better understand your needs. I then design a personalized assessment plan based on your specific goals. Testing typically takes place over 1–3 sessions (1.5–2 hours each), and we end with a feedback session during which we review your results together and you receive a detailed report with clear, individualized recommendations.
